Clyde Banks
Clyde Banks, 90, of Anna, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, in Anna.
Mr. Banks was born on Nov. 28, 1930, in Elizabethtown, the son of Clyde A. and Grace Mott Banks.
He married Opal Simmons on Feb. 14, 1959, in Shawneetown.
Mr. Banks is survived by his son-in-law, Ronnie Stewart; a granddaughter, Lisa Tokarz; and his great-granddaughter, Emma Karlstedt.
He was preceded in death by his wife Opal and his daughter Lynn Stewart.
Mr. Banks was a member of Lockard Chapel Baptist Church. He served his country during the Korean War as a member of the U.S. Army.
Funeral services for Mr. Banks will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Jack Richardson officiating. Interment will follow in the Anna Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
Memorials can be made to Lockard Chapel Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
