David Bruce Watson

David Bruce Watson, 61, of Cobden, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2022, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. 

He was born on Feb. 16, 1960, in Kankakee, the son of Melvin Francis and Luella Dorothy Foltz Watson. 

Mr. Watson is survived by five sisters, Melba Morgan of Arizona, Charlene Day of Kankakee, Loretta (Bob) Mason of Arizona, Linda Estes of Kankakee and Carol (Grant) See of Michigan City, Ind.; many beloved nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and by three brothers, Melvin “Sonny,” Richard and Robert Watson.
