Edward David Black Jr., 59, of Anna, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, at Baptist Health in Paducah.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1959, in Chicago, the son of Edward David Sr. and Martha Black.
He is survived by his family and friends at Mulberry Manor in Anna; brothers and sisters James Black, Rick Leonard, Tammy Hill, Linda O’Dell, Edward D. Black, Davalie Silve and Lauren Squires; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. on Nov. 1 at the JR Center in Anna.
