Frank W. Elkins, 60, of Anna, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, at his home.
He was born on April 5, 1958, in Milwaukee, the son of Frank Max Wayne and Ruth Elaine Williams Elkins.
He married Kimberly Rohlfing in 1983 in Anna.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Elkins of Anna; a daughter, Jennifer and son Nicholaus; grandchildren Abby, Emma, Jake and Hunter; two sisters, Angela and Myra; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
According to his wishes he will be cremated and no service will be held.
