Jeff Cunningham

Jeff Cunningham, 57, of Buncombe, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born on April 25, 1964, the son of John and Joan Manus Cunningham in Carbondale. 

Mr. Cunningham worked as a coal miner in Pennsylvania for many years. He was a part of the coal miners’ union in Pennsylvania. He enjoyed riding four-wheelers and collecting arrowheads. 

Survivors include his daughters, Crystal Linn Duncan and Cassandra Renee Cunningham; a grandson, Brent Duncan; his parents, John and Joan Cunningham; several other relatives; and friends John and Chandy Williams. 

Cremation rites will be accorded and the family will be holding a private celebration of life at a later date.  

Memorials can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
