Margaret 'Shug' Hulen

Margaret “Shug” Hulen, 90, of Tamms, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on June 20, 1930, in Alexander County, the daughter of Alfred and Lula Miller Levil.  

She married Russell Hulen. He preceded her in death on May 16, 1986.

She is survived by her son, Charles “Buddy” McCabe; nephews Lex Bledsoe and Kim Bledsoe; and a niece, Cynthia Adams.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Bernice Bledsoe Clutts.

Graveside services for Mrs. Hulen were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at St. John’s Cemetery, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating. Interment followed.

Crain Funeral Home in Tamms was in charge of arrangements.
