Marilyn Needham
Marilyn Needham, 83, of Cape Girardeau, and formerly of East Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, at her home.
She was born on Dec. 30, 1934, in Dongola, the daughter of Koble Leroy and Mildred Beulah Johnson Peeler.
She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Jean Letgrate and Cheryl Ann (Larry) Noel; one son, Gregory (Lisa) Needham, all of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren, Cari Ann Noel, Candice Murphy, Valerie (John) Bollinger and Millie Rae Hurst; 12 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by one brother, Richard Dwight Peeler.
She was a member of the Fruitland Community Church in Fruitland, Mo. She worked as quality control at Thorngate in Cape Girardeau for many years.
Funeral services for Marilyn Needham will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with Pastor Mike Parry officiating. Interment will be in the Dongola American Legion Cemetery.
Friends can call after 11 a.m. and until the service hour at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
