Rebecca Sue Moore-Myers

Rebecca Sue Moore-Myers, 53, of Dongola, died at 1:59 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018. 

She was born on Oct. 26, 1965, in Santa Ana, Calif., the daughter of Leo Ray and Marian Ann Jacobs Moore.  

She married Darren Myers Sr. on Feb. 14, 1990. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2017.

She lived a busy life supporting her husband and children.  She was a diverse person who enjoyed her music, video games, anime, and most of all her three Chihuahuas.  

But there was nothing more important to her than her family, and she especially enjoyed every moment with her cherished granddaughter.  

A devoted wife, loving mother and proud grandmother, she will always be remembered as the true heart of her family who kept everyone centered.

She is survived by her sons, Lance Myers and Jesse Myers, both of Dongola; a sister-in-law, Chellie (Norman) Pundt of Rantoul; sons-in-law Anthony Bible and Travis Huffline, both of Dongola; and a granddaughter, Rosabella Sue Myers of Dongola.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Anthony Moore; and a daughter, Staci Myers.

At this time there will be no services and cremation will be accorded. Inurnment will take place at a later date.

Memorials can be made to Crain Funeral Home to help with cremation expenses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
