Robert D. Hill

Robert D. Hill, 57, of Anna, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born on April 26, 1964, in Halls, Tenn., the son of Dorothy Chandler. 

He married Lesa Arnold on Oct. 8, 1998, in Union County, Tenn.

He was a member of New Life Tabernacle in Murphysboro. He loved all sports including basketball and football, but especially loved to cheer on the  Dallas Cowboys.

Mr. Hill is survived by his wife, Lesa Hill of Anna; children Cassandra (Chester) Brewer, Letha (Carlos) Arnold, Nekora Arnold, Ashley Koong, Stevie Nickelson and Marsel Nickelson; 15 grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Chandler; siblings Bill Joe Hill, Anessa Edwards, Dorothy Hill, Gwen Hill, Katie Doss and Linda McDaniel; nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. 

Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, Nov. 27, at the New Life Tabernacle Church in Murphysboro, with Pastor Larry Worthen Jr. officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the Cobden Cemetery.
