Steven Dale Ebert, 55, of Anna, died at 8:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2016, at Integrity Healthcare in Anna.
He was born on March 10, 1961, in Chicago, the son of Donald V. Sr. and Nancy Newberry Ebert.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Ebert of Anna; a brother, Donald V. Ebert Jr. of Cicero; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at the Anna City Cemetery, with Pastor Mark hasty officiating. Interment was in the Anna City Cemetery.
