Wayne Allan Skoglund

Wayne Allan Skoglund, 76, of Anna, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at his home, surrounded by his family. 

He was born on Aug. 18, 1946, in Quincy, Mass., the son of John Harry and June Helen Durling Skoglund. 

He married Nancy Alston on Jan. 3, 1971, at the Congregational Church in Hampton, N.H.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Skoglund of Anna; daughter Elizabeth Skoglund (Travis Powell); son Christopher (Erica) Skoglund; four grandchildren, Eli and Tanner Powell, Hazel and Iris Skoglund; a brother, Stephen Skoglund; a sister, Melissa Marston; other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, David Skoglund.

Mr. Skoglund served in the U.S. Army. He worked many years as a commercial banker until his retirement.

Private family services will be conducted at a later date in New Hampshire.
