Anna Fire Department personnel washed down the Henry Dillow Grandstand Monday to prepare for the 2017 Union County Fair in Anna. The fair is set to start this weekend at the Anna City Park, where the grandstand is located. The Anna Fire Department has done this for many years.

A ranch rodeo was held Friday evening, Aug. 19, in front of the grandstand. Events included team doctoring, wild cow milking, team sorting, trailer loading and ranch team roping.
