Steven E. Bailey, age 60, of Alto Pass, passed away Monday, Sept. 1, 2025 at his home.
He was born on Aug. 9, 1965 in Carbondale, the son of Thomas George Bailey, Jr. and Linda Margaret (Randall) Bailey. He married Cheri Dry on July 30, 2025.
