Summer reading program set to begin at Stinson Library
Stinson Memorial Library in Anna is gearing up for the start of its 2009 summer reading program.
Area children are invited to take part in the popular program.
Registration for the program started June 1. Spaces are limited.
Sessions are planned for children ages pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade and for those in 4th through 9th grade.
“Where the Wild Things Are” will be the theme for pre-k through 3rd grade.
The program is scheduled to begin on June 17 and will continue every Wednesday until July 29.
“Survivor Island” is the theme for the 4th through 9th grade.
The program will meet every Thursday starting on June 18 and continuing through July 30.
