Three charged with theft of wire

Three persons face charges in connection with the alleged theft of copper wire from a Union County business.

Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds said charges were filed against the three in connection with the theft of wire from Rusty’s Home Center in Anna.

Charges were filed against Michael S. Neil, 34, of Karnak, Donnie M. Kindle Jr., 28, of Cypress, and Delana Greer, 22, of Cypress.

Edmonds said Neil, Kindle and Greer each face one count of theft, a Class 3 felony, and one count of conspiracy, a Class 4 felony.

Neil, Kindle and Greer were taken into custody by Sgt. Al Kamp and Sgt. Kerry Ray of the Anna Police Department.

Kindle is being held on $20,000 bond. Neil and Greer each are being held on $5,000 bond.

Preliminary hearings for all three suspects were set for Tuesday morning, May 19, in Union County Circuit Court in Jonesboro.
