Low individual

To the editor,

It takes a pretty low individual to steal children's Halloween decorations.

We put a Spongebob Pirate blow-up out on Saturday afternoon.

Sometime that night just before midnight, it was stolen.

Whoever took it was careful to make sure to unplug it and left the other two we had out there.

I was sitting right inside the corner window with the lights on.

I do hope whoever took it enjoys the blow-up because there are two children who were upset that a blow-up had been stolen.
